Another holiday season has come to a close and now that we’ve consumed copious amounts of delicious foods, festive drinks and decadent desserts, it’s time we get back to our “new normal” healthy routines. Through the months of quarantine, we’ve found new ways to maintain health and boost our overall wellness. Now as we put the last of the holiday desserts away, we’re looking to the internet to get us back on track for a healthy lifestyle.  Not to worry, fitness fanatics — modern technology allows for studio-style classes in a virtual format, straight from the comfort (and safety!) of your home. Here, we’ve compiled the top online workout classes for all skill levels that can be streamed directly from your mobile devices with little-to-no equipment required.

Yoga with Adriene

With over 8 million subscribers, YouTube yogi Adriene Mishler is a cult favorite for at-home Vinyasa flow sessions. Offering an entire beginners series, as well as a popular 30-day challenge, Yoga with Adriene accommodates all skill, activity and ability levels. Her easy going personality and relaxing voice provide the perfect instruction for any aspiring yogi.

POPSUGAR Fitness

One of the more versatile online workout channels, American media company POPSUGAR has created a fitness-based YouTube channel with workouts ranging from HIIT to barre to strength training. The videos are clearly organized by category of workout, providing a user-friendly format for scrolling through the various exercises offered. Host Anna Renderer is a certified personal trainer who leads users of all skill levels through workouts with ease; other fitness coaches step in for workout videos within their specialities.

Orangetheory At Home

Quarantine or not, boutique fitness franchise Orangetheory’s at-home workout series is an incredible alternative to the objectively pricey studio’s in-person classes: these videos are 100% free! The 30-minute sessions cover the classic Orangetheory technique, which involves targeting specific muscle groups to create a full body workout.

Fitness Blender

Designed specifically for busy people, husband-and-wife duo Daniel and Kelli have created over 500 workouts on their popular YouTube channel. Ranging from five to 45 minutes long, Fitness Blender offers a workout for every lifestyle. One impressive feature of Fitness Blender’s program is an interactive search engine that allows users to browse workouts by length, difficulty, training type, muscles used, calorie burn and more.

Walk at Home with Leslie Sansone

Group fitness instructor Leslie Sansone has accumulated over 2 million subscribers on her YouTube channel dedicated to exercise via walking. Designed for those who require low impact workouts or beginners looking to dip their toes in the waters of working out, Sansone specializes in fitness videos that center around indoor walking. These workouts provide a safe and comfortable outlet for anyone and everyone to begin or continue their fitness journeys!
